Tenant Management – Tenant copy
- Create: Adds configuration to target tenant(s) unless a same-name configuration exists.
- Update: Updates existing configurations with same name, keeping original assignments.
- Backup: Creates a copy with [BACKUP DD.MM.YYYY hh.ss] suffix, without assignments.
- Assignments editor: Opens from the Assignments button in the table, allowing assignments to be edited.
- Logs & details: Real-time updates; clicking a log shows details and errors.
- Access requirement: Tenant Management requires additional user permission. Please provide the names of your experts to whom permission should be granted. In this matter, contact support@plentics.com.

Enhanced analytics experience and simplified licensing
- Plentics Suite users now only need a Power BI Pro license instead of the previously required Premium per User license, significantly reducing licensing complexity and costs.
- Users without an existing Power BI Pro license can easily and automatically activate a free trial, enabling immediate access to reports without delay.
- The issue affecting the embedded view of Endpoint Analytics and Tenant Analytics reports on the landing page has been resolved. Reports now correctly open embedded within the landing page, restoring seamless navigation and usability. Note: For new users accessing reports for the very first time, license validation will temporarily open in a separate tab before enabling embedded viewing.
- Analytics views have been updated with refined color and style adjustments, providing a clearer, more intuitive user experience.

New landing page
- Dark mode support: Users can now toggle between light and dark themes. The selected theme persists across page navigation and browser sessions.
- Updated message and notification display: A notification banner is shown to users on login. Clicking the bell icon reveals current-session messages.
- Improved Power BI embedding: Endpoint Analytics and Tenant Analytics reports are now embedded directly into the landing page. Users can still open reports in a new tab if needed. Users without a Power BI license or sufficient report access will receive a clear error message.
- Partner-specific landing page views: User access and visible content cards are based on the partner’s license.
- The landing page now features a dedicated widget showing the average Secure Score across all tenants.

Improved Plentics Suite license management
- Licenses are automatically assigned when creating a new tenant.
- Tenant list can be filtered based on assigned licenses.
- Licenses can be edited afterwards.
- Basic users can create tenants but cannot edit licenses (other properties remain editable).

Order management enhancements: Template selection
- When creating or editing an order, users can now optionally select a template tenant and/or template order.

- When creating a new tenant or editing an existing one, a template property has been added to the basic information area.
Group management: Edit Intune group members from Endpoint Management
- Assigned-type Intune groups can now be managed directly in Endpoint Management. Users can view and edit group members via the new “Edit members” option.
Support for configuration migration from Consent Link template tenants
- It is now possible to migrate configurations from Intune template tenants that were onboard via Consent Link, similarly to other template types.

Alerts and Reports added to Tenant Analytics For example:
- Secure Score drop alert – Get notified immediately when a tenant’s Secure Score decreases, allowing you to react quickly.
- Monthly Secure Score report – A dynamic report that collects and lists the Secure Scores of all your tenants. Configure it to run e.g. monthly and receive it via email automatically.

- Alerts can now be configured to be sent directly to users as well.
Application packages card on the Endpoint & Tenant Suite landing page
- A new available application packages card has been added to the landing page view, allowing users to view available packages without switching to the Endpoint Management -> Orders section.

Tenant Onboarding via Consent Link
- Simplified tenant addition: Administrators can now add new end-customer tenants to the service using a Consent Link, streamlining the onboarding process.
- Tenant registration requires Global Admin consent, ensuring proper access controls.
- Improved user experience: The new process reduces manual steps by allowing partners to initiate tenant registration with a predefined link.
- Centralized secret management: With this update, secret management is now handled by us, reducing administrative overhead for partners.

Enhanced Alert Management Features
- Alerts can be distributed per tenant, meaning each tenant’s device alerts are sent in separate emails (previously, alerts were aggregated at the MSP level).
- The email subject has been updated to reflect the name of the alert along with the corresponding tenant.
- The email body can now contain alert details as an alternative to attachments, allowing all data to be viewed directly within the message. You can choose whether the information is included directly in the email body or as an attachment.

Enhanced order assignment
- Assignment group selection: When creating or editing an order for application and configuration packages, you can now select an assignment group.
- This feature ensures precise package assignment and deployment to the desired groups, enhancing control and efficiency in order management.
Dynamic endpoint filtering
- Flexible filtering options: This release introduces support for dynamic endpoint filtering based on Device Category Filter or Group Filter selection.
- When either filter is set, the tenant gains dynamic filtering capabilities implemented using sub-tenant logic.
- Filter and manage devices from a single tenant containing multiple companies or isolate specific devices as needed for targeted management and deployment.
Extended Tenant Management functionality of “copy tenant”. The following new configurations and policies can now be copied from a template tenant to a target tenant.
